Common Conditions We Treat
Lower Back Pain & Sciatica
Whether caused by sitting at a desk or swinging a club, we use targeted yoga stretches to decompress the lumbar spine and relieve pressure on the sciatic nerve.
Tight Hips & Glutes
A fluid golf swing requires exceptional hip mobility. We incorporate deep hip openers (like Pigeon Pose) to restore internal and external rotation.
Golfer's Elbow (Medial Epicondylitis)
Tension from gripping the club radiates up the forearm. We practice gentle myofascial release and wrist flexor stretches to alleviate tendon inflammation.
Thoracic (Mid-Back) Stiffness
If your upper back is stiff, your lower back compensates during the backswing. We focus heavily on thoracic twists to safely increase your rotation.
