Yes. While our studio is in Guardamar, we specifically welcome Rojales and Ciudad Quesada students. The 10-minute drive is faster than driving across Torrevieja or Alicante. Our Tuesday/Thursday evening classes are particularly popular with Rojales residents.
Both are excellent for beginners. Studio classes offer a stable, climate-controlled environment with all props provided. Beach yoga is also beginner-friendly — many find the natural setting helps reduce self-consciousness. Private sessions at our Rafal finca are also available for one-on-one attention.
Yes. Our €40 monthly membership gives you 8 classes per month (mix beach and studio). This saves you €56 compared to drop-in rates. Many Rojales and Quesada students choose this option for their weekly practice.
Beach yoga runs September through May. Summer temperatures (June–August) exceed 30°C, making outdoor practice uncomfortable. During summer, we continue with studio sessions at Urban_Fly, and private sessions at our finca are always available.
